The mentorship exists, but nobody scrolling your page can find it or buy it.

Your lifestyle reels pull 16 to 20K views and one hit 2.5 million. But the bio says lifestyle and fitness, the link goes to a free guide and a Notion page, and the only way to buy is a free call you take yourself. Every call costs you at least 20 minutes, and nobody buys a mentorship on a 20-minute discovery call, so the ceiling is your calendar.

Another UGC creator is selling this exact mentorship model at $4K to $5K, through a funnel.

Same niche and similar buyer. What's different is that the offer has a name, a price, a video and an application doing the selling.

The maths

Your buyers aren't buying videos. They're buying a way out of their 9 to 5.

A girl who lands three retainers has replaced a salary. Next to that, $4 to 5K with a payment plan is an easy decision, and a young audience can reach it with financing. Five or six of them a month out of the people already watching your reels isn't a stretch.

The objection you're already forming

"That sounds like a lot more work." It's the call you already run.

High ticket done badly is more 1:1s. Done properly it's one or two 60 to 90-minute group calls a week (the calls you're already doing for free, made into one or two group calls), async reviews in a community, and someone on your side taking the sales calls. Roughly the same hours for many times the revenue.
